Expertise
Lauren is a physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) degree from the University of Newcastle.
She has an interest in sports physiotherapy and enjoys working with athletes to return to sport.
Before this, she has experience working as a dance teacher as well as gaining experience at Mingara One Fitness, and has her Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness. Outside of work, Lauren is passionate about strength training, HIIT workouts and bush walks along our beautiful coastline.
Lauren works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at our North Gosford Clinic at Coastal Physiotherapy.
