Ruth Todd
Senior Physiotherapist, Director
Ruth became a Physiotherapist through her love of sport and a strong desire to help people recover from injury and illness. A graduate of the Cumberland College of Health Sciences, Sydney University, she has worked across both public and private healthcare settings. Ruth has developed extensive experience in Men’s and Women’s Health, Breast Cancer Rehabilitation, Paediatrics, and dance and sports injuries. She takes a holistic, lifestyle‑focused approach to treatment, integrating all relevant aspects of a person’s health into their care.
When not at work, Ruth likes to engage in her other passions including Dragon boat paddling, Yoga and hiking.
Ruth is an active member of the Continence Foundation Australia and the Pelvic Pain network NSW.
Areas of particular clinical interest include:
- Pelvic pain conditions, including endometriosis, pudendal neuralgia, and overactive bladder
- Hypopressive techniques for managing pelvic floor disorders
- Pre‑pointe and tertiary dance assessments, as well as the management of all dance‑related injuries
- Breast cancer rehabilitation
- Men’s health, including continence management and rehabilitation before and after prostate surgery
