Physiotherapist
James is a physiotherapist with a Master of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Sydney. Before this he worked as a personal trainer at Fitness First Erina while studying Exercise and Sports Science.
He has previously worked in film and television industry as a stuntman and continues to train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Taekwondo. Outside of this he has an interest in strength training and running.
James has personal experience with knee rehabilitation following an ACL reconstruction in 2020.

James works Monday, Tuesday and Friday in our clinic at Fitness First Erina, as well as Thursday in our North Gosford Clinic at Coastal Physiotherapy.
